Sketchbooking and a’ doggy doodlin’

(Still scared of lives so here’s a video!)

Help… I am a massive hoarder especially when it comes to cards and postcards that people have sent me over the years. I just can’t part with them. So in an effort to ‘Marie Kondo’ my life and to only keep things that ‘spark joy’ (eek!) I had a revelation! I am keeping them (say whaaat?) but kind of repurposing them or reorganising them which sort of feels like cheating I know… but not really! Here’s a how to in this video… it’s 7 minutes long so grab a cuppa and join me for some poodle illustration in my sketchbook and for (of course) using up my card stash as my inspiration.

As promised - here are the art materials that I used in this video.

• A. Gallo Watercolours - I bought these whilst on holiday in Italy and they are gorgeous! They’re handmade and the pigment is so intense. A dream to paint with! https://agallocolors.com/collections/watercolors-sets
